We all know that it’s important to be hydrated, but how do we know that we are getting the right amount of hydration? Is it by the number of water bottles I drink or is it based on just if I’m thirsty or not? There actually is a mathematical equation to see exactly how much water you should be drinking, but when you’re in a rush or just don’t feel like testing your math skills, you can do one simple thing: check the color of your urine. The chart below will tell you what is good and what means DRINK MORE WATER! Make you check an hour or two after drinking as checking immediately after can give you a false reading. When you’re active though, going for more water than usual is the way to go.
