During this new time of quarantine, it may be harder to keep your regular routine of meals and eating habits. Now, is a time that we can actually focus on how we are eating though! Making sure we get all the right nutrients in our bodies so we can have the energy to attack the day. Our kids may still be active, so they still require having lots of nutrients to not only grow but to keep up with their energy requirements. But how do we keep our kids eating healthy and getting all those nutrients when they are no longer playing games and going to tournaments?
