G09 Copa & G07 Copa invited to 2019 Premier SuperCopa Tournament in Dallas, Texas

Seattle United’s G09 Copa & G07 Copa Teams Head to Dallas Premier SuperCopa Tournament in June

The Dallas Premier SuperCopa is an invite only tournament and provides the highest level of competition for U9-U12 age groups across the country. The top teams from Southern California, Texas, New Jersey, Illinois, and other states known for producing national caliber teams will all be competing against each other for the right to call themselves “The Best”. Not only are our Copa teams the only teams in those age groups selected from Washington State, but they are also the only teams representing U10 and U12 girls from the entire Northwest region.

“For the team to be invited to the SuperCopa is such an honor and is the culmination of all the work this great group of girls has put into their soccer development the past two years.” Coach Kyle Rodeheaver said, “Any time you get a chance to compete against teams from States with proven track records for developing the best players in the country, it’s a great experience and a measuring stick we can use to continue to push ourselves to be better.“

“This team has a proven track record and it is no surprise that they received this invite as they truly are one of the leading teams on the west coast.” Girls Coaching Director Rich Reece added, “This is another exciting opportunity for such a talented group to compete amongst the best teams in the nation at this prestigious tournament. We are all very excited and proud of our development program and this team is highlighting the great work done by both coaches and talented players.“
